Turn your body into a fat burning machine and get that dream body by applying the fundamental rules of how to burn fat from your body.

There is a 2 step process that your body goes through in order to burn body fat and that process is the same for everyone.

1.  First, the fat must be released from the fat cells
2.  Then, your body can burn the fat

Sounds simple right?  Well, it is once you understand some fundamental rules that if you apply, will allow your body to lose the max amount of fat in the least time and with the least effort.

So how do you get your body to release the fat from the cells?

You can accomplish this step successfully with your nutrition program by following these 5 tips:

1.  Eat 4-6 smaller more frequent meals and do not skip meals

2.  Be sure to eat small amounts of good fats

3.  Choose natural, unprocessed and unrefined foods

4.  Include lean protein with each meal

5.  Eat plenty of complex carbs, fruits and vegetables

Once the fat has been released from the fat cells, it’s sent to the muscles to be burned.  Your cardiovascular system does that job through your blood.

The better your system is at doing that, the better your body will get at burning fat. The way to get your cardiovascular system working better is by doing cardio training.

Now here is where a lot of people misunderstand about how to burn fat instead of  muscle.

Most people overdo the cardio and combine that with a restricted diet, which only ends up burning their muscle tissue along with the fat.  But we need the muscle tissue because that’s where the fat is burned.

So when we lose muscle, we also lose the chance of burning more fat through the muscle.  Less muscle tissue = less opportunity for fat to be burned through it.

The solution to this is moderate cardio training along with the right foods.

Of course you will need to keep a watch on the calories you take in and consume less than you are burning.  But the worst thing that you can do is eat so few calories that your body thinks it’s starving.  That is a huge mistake that people make and why they never get any results.

Take someone who is on a restricted diet, works out daily, maybe for hours each time, and then complains that they’re not getting any results from it. Their metabolism is lowered, and all that cardio is doing is burning off muscle tissue instead of fat.

The fat is going to stay right where it is and isn’t going anywhere because your body wants to store it as an energy reserve.  This is the reason you should be eating more often throughout the day.  Doing that will increase your metabolism, and your body will give up the fat because it’s not afraid of starving to death and needing it later.
